Refund and Returns Policy

At Forever Pine, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure your experience with Forever Pine is positive. Below are our policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Free return shipping is offered within the first 3 days after delivery, provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging.
  • After 3 days, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unopened
    • In their original packaging
    • In the same condition as received

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable after the 3-day window.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you received a defective product, please contact us to arrange a replacement.

4. Return Shipping

  • Returns within the first 3 days are eligible for free return shipping.
  • After 3 days, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice.
  • If you request a prepaid return label from us, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@forever-pine.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We only accept returns for unopened products in original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns of used or opened items.
